Our services include Async Roasts, 1:1 Roast sessions, pitch deck design, and interview preparation feedback. We reserve the right to add, change, or remove parts of the services without prior notice.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before services are rendered. If you're not satisfied with our services, refunds are available for Async package only. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form, and approvals are at our discretion.

8. Service Delivery

For pitch deck design services, we aim to provide an initial draft within 2 business days and complete the deck within 5 business days total after receiving your approval on the draft. These timeframes are estimates and depend on your prompt communication and feedback.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may occur due to the use or inability to use our services, except as required by law. While we provide professional advice designed to improve your pitches, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as securing funding or closing sales.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
